All services and products offered by Vow & Co are digital-only and delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital content, refunds are handled with care and fairness for both the client and our practice.

Important general principles:

  • All purchases provide instant digital access upon successful payment.
  • Once access to a digital product has been granted, it is considered delivered.
  • Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Technical delivery issues, where the client is unable to access the purchased digital content due to a verified system error on our side, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Duplicate purchases, if the same product was purchased more than once in error. In such cases, the duplicate transaction may be refunded after verification.

Incorrect product delivery, if the content provided does not match the product description at the time of purchase due to an internal error.

Payment processing errors, including accidental double charges or confirmed billing mistakes.

Access failure, if the digital file is corrupted, incomplete, or unusable and a corrected version cannot be supplied.


Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

Change of mind after purchase, including situations where the product no longer feels relevant or needed.

Emotional discomfort or personal reactions, as counselling-oriented materials may naturally evoke reflection, emotions, or challenging insights. This is considered part of the intended experience and does not constitute a defect.

Lack of desired results, as individual outcomes vary depending on personal circumstances, engagement, and readiness. Vow & Co does not guarantee specific emotional, relational, or personal outcomes.

Partial use or completion, including cases where the client has accessed, downloaded, or used part or all of the digital content.

Misinterpretation of product purpose, where expectations extend beyond the scope described on the product page.

Incompatibility with personal beliefs, values, or relationship decisions, as all materials are designed for guidance and reflection, not directive outcomes.

Failure to read product descriptions or policies prior to purchase.


Requesting a refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the conditions listed above, you may submit a written request within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Refund requests must include:

  • proof of purchase
  • a clear explanation of the issue
  • any relevant technical details (if applicable)

Each request is reviewed individually, and we may request additional information to fairly assess the situation.


Additional notes

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Vow & Co reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the conditions stated in this policy.
• Abuse of the refund process may result in refusal of future refund requests.
